What file format do I need for patch production?
Most patch embroidery machines use .DST (Tajima) format. We deliver in your machine's format — just tell us your machine model. We also include a merrowing guide in the file for border finishing.
Can you match specific Pantone or thread colors for patches?
Yes. Please specify your required Pantone colors or thread brand/number (Madeira, Isacord, Gunold, etc.) in your order notes and we will match as closely as possible within the thread palette.
Do you digitize patches in multiple sizes?
Yes, we can digitize your patch design in multiple sizes. Note that each size requires separate digitizing — you cannot simply scale a stitch file up or down, as the stitch count, density, and underlay need to be recalculated for each size.
